1) Alumnae Virtual Community First Month Feedback
The IWL alumnae virtual community's inaugural month was complete with ups and downs! Hear what some of you said about it and what we've learned!

2) Coaches Column
If you manage others and want them to generate innovative ideas, see this month's tip about moving people from a mood of resignation to a spirit of co-creation.

Many thanks to Darla Atwood-Donovan (WLC 5/99) for organizing and clearly articulating our coaching tip from Rayona.

3) Leading Change in Communities and Organizations
Join the IWL worldwide alumni community in Hawaii, July 24-28, to learn and share successful strategies for leading change in complex systems, such as organizations and communities, while fostering a balanced and fully integrated personal life.

4) Alumna reports from 'the front line'
Learn how Kathy Huffman (WLC 7/99) overruled 'the committee' and succeeded in realizing her vision!

5) Note from Rayona
Thanks to our wonderful global community, the work of IWL continues to expand into greater and greater opportunities!

I just returned from a three-week trip to Australia where our alumni partners, Anne Skipper and Lynn Porteous, are taking the country by storm.

Their company, the Teleran Group, produces Women Leading Change in Australia, has an alumni community of close to 100 women and is now expanding beyond Sydney and Adelaide to Brisbane as well.

We also had the opportunity to work with 35 of the top movers and shakers in New South Wales to implement their 50/50 plan. They have committed to 50% parity of men and women on all government appointed commissions and Boards in their state. Needless to say this is considered a bona fide miracle!! Can you imagine what this accomplishment would allow for in a country of 18 million people?

On the home front we are in final planning stages to rollout our second WLC for Women of Color. Our newest partner, Stacy Cusulos, has brought and nourished the contribution of diversity into everything we do at IWL. More about Stacy in our next newsletter.

As always I deeply appreciate your ongoing support and inclusion in our community. Please stay in touch with us and let us know how we can support your commitments.

In addition, we always welcome your coaching on how we can improve our services to you and your stories, like Kathy Huffman's, that we can share with all of you.

Love,
Rayona
