In this one-day workshop, you will strengthen your ability to influence others by discovering your “automatic” or default approach to convincing people to do what you want. We all have tried and true formulas but we do not always assess how that approach may produce unintended consequences or worse, have no impact at all. After exploring the deeply embedded assumptions, attitudes, and beliefs that shape your actions, you will learn new ways to think and communicate such that others are compelled to follow your lead.
